WAIW | Harvesting Bitter Melon

Admittedly, there are not that many vegetables that I don’t like (so far), but bitter melon is one of the ones that makes the list. It’s pretty common here in Vietnam, and there are some cultural reasons for it. So, when my partner suggested we harvest the bitter melons that we’ve been growing in our urban garden so that she could cook a dish for me to try, I decided I would give bitter melon another shot.
